Getting started

I'm new to selling on Amazon — where do I start?

Start with the Listing Creation wizard: upload your product photos, fill in your product name and key features, choose a Listing Vibe, and let the studio read your Visual DNA and generate your 7-image listing package. If you create every month, a membership replenishes your tokens automatically and includes file storage from the Optimizer plan upward.

What is an Amazon listing image?

Amazon allows up to 7 product images per listing. Image 1 (the Hero Image) must have a pure white background with no text, watermarks or graphics. The remaining 6 slots are for lifestyle images, infographics, comparison charts and dimension images. Minimum resolution is 1000 × 1000 px; 2000 × 2000 px is recommended for zoom.

Photography and inputs

Do I need professional photography equipment?

No. A modern smartphone is all you need. Use a high-contrast background, shoot near a window on an overcast day for soft even light, and take close-up shots of logos, stitching and surface details.

What makes a good product photo for Amazon?

Clear, well lit and in focus, with the whole product in frame. For the Hero Image: pure white background, no text, product filling 85% of the frame. Close-ups of textures, logos and material details give the studio the data it needs to recreate your product accurately.

Creating and refining

How does the AI create my images?

You provide your product details and raw photos and choose a Listing Vibe. The studio reads your Visual DNA — a custom visual identity that keeps every image cohesive and on-brand — and produces listing images and product mockups tailored to your product, from white-background hero images to styled lifestyle scenes.

Can I generate my own images?

Yes. The studio gives you the full image generation suite with all style controls. Buy a token pack or start a membership and generate as soon as your balance lands.

Can I request revisions?

Each self-service generation or modification uses tokens and creates a fresh result. You can refine and A/B test as much as you like.

Accuracy and quality

Do you use my real product image?

Yes — your product images are the single source of truth. Our Studio Law guarantees we never alter your product's shape, colour or structure. We enhance environments and lighting only.

What if I don't like the results?

Each self-service generation or modification uses tokens and creates a fresh result. Your Creative Brief, Listing Vibe and Visual DNA settings all influence the outcome; the more detail you provide upfront, the closer the first generation will be to your vision.

Plans and tokens

What are tokens?

Tokens are the currency of the Purple Fig studio. Each generation consumes tokens from your balance. Token packs are one-time purchases with no subscription required; memberships deliver tokens every month. Tokens never expire.

How many tokens does a generation cost?

A single image in 4K costs 5 tokens and in 2K costs 3 tokens. A full 7-image Amazon listing package is 35 tokens. A 360 video costs 20 tokens, image prep (background removal or cleanup) costs 1 token, and a listing import costs 3 tokens.

Billing and policies

Do you offer refunds?

Token pack purchases are final and tokens do not expire. Tokens consumed by a failed generation are automatically credited back to the account balance. Read our full Refund Policy for details.

How fast do I get my images?

Images generate in the studio while you watch. Each one is ready to download the moment it appears — there is no queue and no hand-off.

Do you design Amazon listing images?
