What does Amazon require for listing images?

Understanding Amazon image requirements is essential. Amazon requires at least 1 main image on a pure white background, minimum 1000px on the longest side; 2000px is recommended for zoom. The main image cannot include text or graphics. Secondary images (slots 2-7) can include infographics, lifestyle shots, product mockups, comparison charts, and feature callouts. Proper e-commerce photography and listing optimization directly impact click-through rate and conversion rate. All images must accurately represent the product.

Can I request revisions?

Done-For-You image packages do not include manual revision rounds; each package includes tokens for self-service refinement and A/B testing after delivery. Each self-service generation or modification uses tokens and creates a fresh result.

What is your refund policy?

Done-For-You packages are refundable, minus non-refundable payment processing fees, only before work begins. Partial refunds are not offered after Done-For-You work begins. How accurate are AI-generated images to my actual product?

Our Studio Law guarantee: every generated image must truthfully represent your real product. The AI uses your uploaded photo as its "Surface Truth" reference — colours, proportions, textures, and features are preserved. If a completed generation does not match your product, you can refine or regenerate it using tokens; failed generations are automatically credited back.

What exactly do I get with a listing package?

A complete 7-image Amazon listing set: 1 hero image (white background, Amazon-compliant), 2-3 infographic images with feature callouts, 2-3 lifestyle/context images, and optionally an A+ Content module set. Images meet the 1000px minimum, with 2000px recommended for zoom, and are ready to upload to Seller Central.

How long does delivery take?

Done-For-You packages: 24 hours standard, 6 hours rush. Self-service studio: images generate in real-time (typically under 2 minutes per image). You can download immediately after generation.

What camera or equipment do I need?

A modern smartphone is sufficient — no professional e-commerce photography equipment needed. We recommend photographing your product on a plain white surface near a window for natural lighting. No tripod or lightbox required — our AI handles background removal, product image editing, and enhancement.

What makes a good product photo for AI generation?

Clear, well-lit, and in-focus. Show the complete product from the front. Avoid harsh shadows, cluttered backgrounds, and partial crops. Multiple angles help but aren't required — even a single clean photo produces excellent results.

How does the AI generation process work?

You upload a product photo. Our system analyses the image to build a Visual DNA profile — understanding the product's shape, colour, texture, and category. You then choose a Listing Vibe (visual style preset) and the AI generates images that combine your real product with professional backgrounds, layouts, and graphics.

How do revisions work?

Done-For-You image packages do not include manual revision rounds; each package includes tokens for self-service refinement and A/B testing after delivery. For self-service, use the modification tools to adjust backgrounds, swap layouts, change text overlays, or generate another result. Each self-service generation or modification uses tokens and creates a fresh result.

Can I generate images myself in real-time?

Yes — the DIY Studio lets you generate and modify images in real-time. No waiting, no queues. Choose your style, click generate, and download within minutes.

How do tokens work?

Tokens are the currency for self-service studio actions. Different generation types cost different amounts: hero images, infographics, lifestyle shots, 360 videos, and modifications each have specific token costs. Tokens never expire and can be purchased as one-time packs or monthly subscriptions.

How much does each generation type cost in tokens?

Hero images and lifestyle shots cost the most tokens (they require the most AI processing). Infographics and modifications cost less. 360 videos use the highest token amount. Full pricing is visible in the studio before you generate — no surprises.
