• Done-For-You packages: Full refund available before work begins. Partial refund considered if delivery does not match the agreed creative brief.
• Token packs: Non-refundable once purchased. Tokens never expire.
• Failed generations: Automatically re-credited to your token balance.
• Subscriptions: Cancel any time. No refund for the current billing period.
