Refund Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing tokens or any service package.

1. Token Packs

Token pack purchases are final and tokens do not expire. Your balance carries forward indefinitely, so there is no risk of losing what you have paid for.

2. Failed Generations

Tokens consumed by a failed generation are automatically credited back to the account balance. No action is required. You will see the credit reflected in your Tokens tab transaction history.

3. How to Request a Refund

To report a failed generation that was not automatically refunded, contact us via the support form with your order ID.
