Refund Policy

Our refund policy covers Done-For-You listing packages, self-service token packs, and subscription plans. We aim to be fair and transparent about when refunds apply.

• Done-For-You packages are refundable, minus non-refundable payment processing fees, only before work begins. Partial refunds are not offered after Done-For-You work begins.
• Token pack purchases are final and tokens do not expire.
• Tokens consumed by a failed generation are automatically credited back to the account balance.
• Subscriptions: Cancel any time. No refund for the current billing period.
